How you can apply to be on MrBeast’s upcoming game show and compete for $5 million

(ABC4) — Famous YouTuber MrBeast is looking for 1,000 contestants to join his upcoming game show “Beast Games” to compete for $5 million — and here’s how you can sign up.

Registration is open online at Beast Games. To be eligible, you must be 18 years or older, have a passport that’s valid through April 30, 2025, and be available from late June until the end of September 2024. Though, keep in mind, the dates are subject to change. Applicants must also be able to travel as part of production.

To apply, you’ll need to submit a one-minute video. Suggested topics to include in your video are why you want a spot to compete in “Beast Games” and what you would do with the winnings. You’re also asked to upload two recent photos of yourself: one selfie and one full-length picture.

According to a press release, “‘Beast Games’ is going to be the biggest game show in the history of television with the most contestants, and the biggest prize ever!”

In March, Amazon announced “Beast Games” will premiere exclusively on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide. MrBeast is set to serve as the show’s host and executive producer.

“My goal is to make the greatest show possible and prove YouTubers and creators can succeed on other platforms,” MrBeast said. “Amazon gave me the creative control I need to try and make it happen. I hope to make the YouTube community proud.”

With over 273 million subscribers on YouTube, MrBeast has made a name for himself through highly engaging challenges and giveaways, including out-of-the-box ideas such as creating his own version of the popular series “Squid Game” and his own “Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory.”

One of his recent videos features two contestants earning $10,000 for each day they survive in the wilderness, and in another, a contestant faces his fears for a shot to win $800,000.
