Prince Harry is reported to have “won” a significant decision against his wife Meghan Markle concerning their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

Reports suggest that the Duke has prevailed in the decision to exclude their children from their forthcoming Netflix programmes in a bid to conceal them from the public eye. The couple’s staggering multi-million-dollar Netflix deal recently revealed they are developing two new series.

One of the shows, aligning with Meghan’s new brand American Riviera Orchard, is set to “celebrate the joys of cooking, gardening, entertaining, and friendship”. The second is expected to focus on the US Open Polo Championship.

Reports indicate that the couple’s children will not appear in either of the new shows scheduled to stream on Netflix, as the couple appears to be keeping their kids away from the spotlight as much as possible, reports the Mirror.

It’s suggested that Meghan’s cookery show will be filmed at a neighbour’s house, choosing not to film it within their £11million Montecito mansion, despite recently hiring a photographer for a photoshoot at their opulent estate.

The decision to keep the children away from the spotlight in the two upcoming Netflix series wasn’t Meghan’s call, but rather Prince Harry’s. The Duke of Sussex, who experienced the glare of public life alongside his brother Prince William while growing up in England, is determined to shield his little ones from intense media scrutiny.

A source revealed to the Sun on Sunday: “Harry and Meghan have not always agreed on how much they should expose their children to the media but, in this case, Harry has clearly won.”

This revelation follows previous reports suggesting that Meghan was eager to include Archie and Lilibet as she re-emerged into the public eye. Last year, the Sun claimed: “Meghan wants to move back into public life – with Archie and Lilibet by her side.”

An insider at the time informed the publication that the couple holds differing views on raising their children, highlighting that Harry’s own experiences of a public childhood have deeply influenced him.
